Job Title: Clinical Educator

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Educator to join our team. As a Clinical Educator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality education and training to our staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver education programs for staff, focusing on clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Work closely with clinical teams to identify education needs and develop tailored training solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and quality in education delivery.
  • Conduct regular appraisals and provide feedback to staff to support their professional development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and best practices, incorporating this knowledge into education programs.
Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse (Part 1 of the register) or Registered Allied Health Professional.
  • UK Health-related recognized Degree, relevant to post.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of NMC/HCPC revalidation.
  • Appropriate period of post-registration acute nursing experience.
  • Evidence of specialist knowledge appropriate to the clinical area or practice development and education.
