Financial Transaction Administrator

We are seeking a Financial Transaction Administrator to join our team at Agility Resoucing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchase and sales ledgers, credit control, and day-to-day financial activities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations, with experience in running purchase and sales ledgers and credit control. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and ensuring all transactions are properly authorized.
A salary of £31,000 per annum is offered for this role, along with 33 days holiday per year, 2 x salary Life Insurance, and a 3% Company contribution to pension.
About the Role:
- Administer credit control, including sending reminders and following up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate records, including cash books and supplier statements
- Post cash book entries for all bank accounts
About You:
- Strong background in finance operations, with experience in running purchase and sales ledgers and credit control
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
