We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated pharmacist to participate in a Primary Care Pharmacy training role and gain experience working within Primary Care Pharmacotherapy.
This post will be based within GP practices in Moray, aiming to improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of evidence-based prescribing and medicines use for patients.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as organisational and IT skills.
As part of the Moray Pharmacotherapy team, you will work closely with GPs, practice staff, community pharmacists, care home staff, and members of the primary and acute healthcare team.
You will become part of an integrated team in HSCP Moray Pharmacotherapy and will be well supported by senior pharmacists on a daily basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with good medicines knowledge to develop clinically and consider their post-registration foundation programme.
