Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1-2-1 care to patients in their homes, delivering medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition treatments.
* Work independently, managing your own workload and itinerary.
* Travel extensively between patients, requiring a full UK driving license.
* Collaborate with a homecare nursing team to provide comprehensive care to patients.

Requirements:

* Experienced Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
* High level of care and empathy to help patients achieve their goals and regain independence.
* Basic IT skills required.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
