**Job Title:** Homecare Assistant - Yarm

We are currently recruiting for a Homecare Assistant to join our team in Yarm, North Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a dedicated care team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support to our clients, including assisting with daily routines, preparing meals, and accompanying them on outings. You will work closely with our team to ensure our clients receive the best possible care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with daily routines, including personal care and meal preparation
  • Accompanying clients on shopping trips and outings
  • Providing general household support

Requirements:

  • Availability to work flexible shifts on a rota basis
  • Prior experience in care is preferred but not essential
  • Must be over 25 years old and have a full, clean UK driving licence
  • DBS check required
