">The Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Maintenance Tradesperson to join their multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of the Estates department, you will provide comprehensive fitter/plumbing services to all wards and departments.
">About the Role
">This role requires a proactive and flexible individual who can work on own initiative. You will be responsible for providing emergency recall and undertaking on-call duties as part of the on-call team.
">Main Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive fitter/plumbing services to all wards and departments in a multi-disciplined environment, ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures.">
- Respond to emergency recalls and undertake on-call duties as part of the on-call team to ensure that emergency repairs occurring out of normal hours are attended to.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will require:

- Able to work on own initiative.">
- Post-qualification knowledge and experience in plumbing or mechanical services.">
- Knowledge of Health and Safety.">
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship in plumbing, mechanical services.">
- Able to fulfill on-call requirements.">
