Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for completing repair and improvement work safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.

• Carry out repair and improvement work to a high standard, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers, and customers, providing support as required.
• Work as part of a team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Plan and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and targets.
• Ensure full awareness of relevant health and safety requirements and considerations.

• Competent in at least two trades, including joinery, with a minimum NVQ level 2 qualification in core trade.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload, working to deadlines and agreed targets.
• Full awareness of relevant health and safety requirements and considerations.
• Desirable: experience of working with Housing Associations and managing repairs, dealing with members of the public, and holding a full UK driving licence.
