This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to join our team at a local primary school in Sutton in Ashfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a dedicated Year 3 class and supporting key stage 2 learning from January to July.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
  • Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall vision and goals.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching primary school, specifically key stage 2
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Passion for fostering learning in 7-8 year old children
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Current DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one
