Nuclear Medicine Specialist

The Nuclear Medicine Service is a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive care to patients. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for participating in all aspects of the service.
Key duties include patient assessment, involvement in cardiac stressing, and liaison with wards to ensure optimal patient care. Additionally, you will be expected to represent nuclear medicine at required meetings and act as a Fab Champion.
Main responsibilities include direct patient care, providing advice, information, support, and counselling. You will also assess, counsel, and monitor patients undergoing routine Nuclear Medicine procedures, ensuring patient safety.
Essential Skills and Qualifications- Registered Nurse (Adult Branch)
- Evidence of recent study
- Intermediate Life Support
- ENB 998 or equivalent
