Veterinary Medicine Specialist Role in Lincolnshire

We are a leading Small Animal Veterinary Hospital based in the historic university city of Lincoln, offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Clinical Consulting Manager to join our team.
Role OverviewThis exciting role involves delivering exceptional patient care, mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to our hospital's commitment to gold standard medicine and surgery. You will work closely with our dedicated team to provide high-quality patient care, develop your skills and expertise, and support the growth and development of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Providing clinical leadership and guidance to our veterinary surgeons and nurses
- Delivering high-quality patient care, including consults, operating, dentistry, and in-patient care
- Mentoring and supporting junior colleagues to achieve their full potential
- Contributing to the development and implementation of our hospital's policies and procedures
- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A strong background in veterinary medicine, with a focus on small animal practice
- Proven experience as a Clinical Consulting Manager or similar role
- Excellent clinical and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and improving patient outcomes
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
