Job Title: Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Provide support with medication, personal care, and mobility.
  • Encourage clients to engage in social activities and hobbies.
  • Support clients with accessing the community and participating in local events.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care and support is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
