About the Role:
  • Main Task: Increasing overall sales of the team by leveraging a consultative sales approach and proven track record of Top Tier Sales Management Performance.
  • Sales Acumen: Communicate effectively with clients, leading the team through example, and educate them on Team processes and procedures.
  • Motivation: Create a positive, upbeat environment that cultivates energy and supports career advancement through positive coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grow, manage, and develop salespeople.
  • Screen, interview, and hire candidates for Sales positions; help them develop their sales skills, set personal sales goals, and create plans to achieve those goals.
  • Hands-on training for sales agents (live training, role-playing, call monitoring, and joint selling).
  • Create a fun place to work and supports career advancement through positive coaching.
  • Empower the sales team to achieve objectives.
