Permanent Maintenance Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Kenton Black. As part of our Pharma Services Business unit, you will provide critical engineering support to ensure efficient maintenance activities within our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Assist in managing and completing Facilities PEMAC schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors, issuing necessary permits.
- Develop and modify site layout drawings for Facilities.
- Support Pharma Services in completing planned and unplanned maintenance tasks.
- Assist Process Engineers with change control activities.
- Coordinate weekly maintenance routines.
- Manage Facilities maintenance documentation.
- Assist in generating and managing validation documentation.
- Some weekend supervisory work may be required to coordinate and complete maintenance tasks.
- Quality: Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) across all work areas.
- Health & Safety: Understand and follow the company's Health & Safety Policy, reporting any accidents or unsafe conditions.
- Training and Development: Ensure proper training before undertaking specific duties and maintain accurate training records.
- Human Resource Management: Adhere to HR policies, including absence procedures.
