We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Loughborough, Leicestershire. As an electrically biased Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of plant and facilities to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Plant Maintenance: Ensure that plant and facilities are maintained to a high standard, meeting targets for plant downtime.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workplace, adhering to SHE guidelines.
- Engineering Stores: Manage and improve plant and facilities, ensuring all works comply with SHE guidelines, and maintain engineering stores, including stock and inventory levels.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrate continuous improvement, reporting and recording all works using CMM systems.
- Team Collaboration: Build and maintain working relationships with customer departments within the business, assisting with engineering solutions and cost-effective repairs.
- Time Served Apprenticeship: Time served apprenticeship, preferably multi-skilled.
- Qualifications: Qualified NVQ level 3 minimum.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with good SHE awareness and 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Skills: Good fault-finding skills, experience with TPM and PPM systems, and good IT skills.
- Teamwork: Able to work as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
