Job Description

Estimate Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

Mural Arts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Development Manager to support the growth of its nationally recognized Restorative Justice Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing GUILD cohorts, providing instruction on key life skills, and serving as an ambassador for Mural Arts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage GUILD cohorts for 20 to 25 justice-impacted participants primarily between ages of 18 and 24.
  • Provide instruction on key life skill topics in the curriculum based on content knowledge.
  • Serve as an ambassador for Mural Arts in day-to-day work and in external forums when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years experience working with justice-impacted communities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with program development and implementation.
