  • Support the Food and Drink Studio Events Managers in creating and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all event types.
  • Oversee the operational delivery of events, ensuring impeccable service and attention to detail.
  • Help drive, motivate, and encourage support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to build rapport with both guests and colleagues.
  • Strong experience of hospitality service and operations, with a passion for food and drink.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
