Job Title: Apprentice Food and Beverage Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Apprentice Food and Beverage Supervisor. As a key member of our catering operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of our food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily supervision and development of our catering outlets, including the Café and Corporate Events.
  • Support the Event Operations Manager and Assistant Operations Manager in the operational delivery of all catering outlets and Corporate Events activities.
  • Supervise the catering outlets and corporate events under the direction of the Events and Food & Beverage Management Team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction through a coordinated 5-star service level.
  • Assist with training and development of a responsive catering team to ensure 5-star customer service delivery.
