Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd is the UK's leading provider of Substance Misuse services, seeking a skilled Substance Misuse Clinic Lead to join their specialist clinic in London.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a passion for Substance Misuse treatment to provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs.

The successful candidate will work in a busy clinical environment where they will develop and implement individualised care plans, provide education and support to patients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients with substance misuse issues
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and requirements. This figure reflects the importance of the role and the skills required.
