Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our mental health and substance misuse service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individualized support plans and interventions, promoting positive outcomes for our clients. With a focus on hybrid working, reduced caseloads, and a stable contract, this opportunity offers a healthy work-life balance and job security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing individualized support plans to address mental health and substance misuse needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client progress and outcomes
  • Collaborating with colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Significant experience working with individuals who have mental health issues and substance misuse
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • A valid Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, BA in Social Work or equivalent)
  • Active registration with Social Work England
