About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Worker to join our team at Huntley Avenue. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities to grow, learn, and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with learning disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each young person
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Encourage independence and promote social interactions among young people
  • Participate in team meetings, supervisions, and appraisals to reflect on practice and improve care
