Residential Care Worker

Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Worker to join our team. As a Residential Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a warm, caring, and stimulating environment that promotes the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being of service users.
- Work collaboratively with service users, their families, and other professionals to identify needs and develop individual care plans.
- Contribute to the assessment, implementation, recording, and reviewing of individual care plans to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to inform Social Work reports and other documentation.
- Liaise with other professionals and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for service users.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including late shifts, sleep-ins, and weekends.
- Qualification in residential childcare or a related field.
