About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Saturday Receptionist at our Audi Dealership in Stratford upon Avon.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet visitors, introducing them to the relevant staff members
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, directing them to the appropriate department
  • Support the team with customer events and promotions
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required

  • You will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • You will be confident in meeting new people and building rapport to create a great first impression
