Main Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and roll out of the organisation's new people system, ensuring operational and strategic requirements are met.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the implementation of HR information system, ensuring operational and strategic requirements of the project are met.
  • Lead the overall configuration, development, and testing of the system through the project.
  • Identify and embed opportunities for system and process improvement.
  • Partner with finance and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless interface between Finance, Payroll, and HR system.
  • Ensure system users have the appropriate tools to effectively utilise the system post-implementation.
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies, data security, and privacy requirements.
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts in the development of a full suite of process documents.
  • Work with the Director of People to ensure the project is resourced appropriately for the life of the project and support cross-training within teams to eliminate single points of failure.
  • Actively research new enhancements and releases to ensure the system is compliant and future-proof.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience leading on the implementation of a new HRIS system.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Project management qualification is desirable.
  • Proven experience working with iTrent is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge of security controls and identifying risk areas.
  • Knowledge of compliance such as GDPR.
