About the Role:
The BMC Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Systems Manager to join their team for a period of 12 months. This is an ideal opportunity for an immediately available HRIS specialist looking for a new challenge.
Main Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and roll out of the organisation's new people system, ensuring operational and strategic requirements are met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead on the implementation of HR information system, ensuring operational and strategic requirements of the project are met.
- Lead the overall configuration, development, and testing of the system through the project.
- Identify and embed opportunities for system and process improvement.
- Partner with finance and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless interface between Finance, Payroll, and HR system.
- Ensure system users have the appropriate tools to effectively utilise the system post-implementation.
- Ensure system compliance with company policies, data security, and privacy requirements.
- Lead a team of subject matter experts in the development of a full suite of process documents.
- Work with the Director of People to ensure the project is resourced appropriately for the life of the project and support cross-training within teams to eliminate single points of failure.
- Actively research new enhancements and releases to ensure the system is compliant and future-proof.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience leading on the implementation of a new HRIS system.
- Proven project management experience.
- Project management qualification is desirable.
- Proven experience working with iTrent is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of security controls and identifying risk areas.
- Knowledge of compliance such as GDPR.
