Head of Sales

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Hove, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: Drive the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective sales plans to drive revenue growth, leveraging market analysis and customer insights.
- Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Regularly review sales metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct Market Research: Identify new sales opportunities through market research and analysis, staying ahead of the competition.
- Train and Mentor Sales Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to sales staff, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Work closely with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, ensuring alignment and synergy.
- Proven Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong Leadership and Team Management Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Abilities: Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Market Analysis and Sales Strategies: In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- CRM Software and Microsoft Office: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
