About the Role

As a 3rd Keyholder at Claire's, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting your Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • In the absence of other management, you may open and close the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
  • Processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
  • Providing ear piercing services (full training will be provided).
  • Ensuring the store looks presentable and inviting to customers.

About You

We are looking for someone with:

  • Some high school education required.
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and basic computer skills.
  • A strong understanding of customer service and mathematics.
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly.
