About the Role
- Support your Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
- In the absence of other management, you may be responsible for opening and closing the store, ensuring it trades safely and legally.
- Assist with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions.
- Provide ear piercing services (full training will be provided).
- Ensure the store looks presentable and inviting to our customers.
Requirements
- Some high school education required.
- Minimum 1 year retail experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and mathematical skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a POS system.
- Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
