About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Manager/3rd Key Holder to join our team. As a 3rd Keyholder, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Store Manager in achieving retail store targets by driving sales
  • Opening and closing the store in the absence of other management, ensuring the store trades safely and legally
  • Delivering sales through friendly and efficient customer service
  • Ensuring customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience
  • Demonstrating Claire's products
  • Assisting customers with queries using product knowledge
  • Assisting with processing store deliveries, visual merchandising, stock takes, markdowns, and promotions
  • Ear piercing (full training provided)
  • Maintaining a presentable and inviting store environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Some high school education
  • Minimum 1 year retail experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and basic computer skills
  • Understanding of customer service and mathematics
  • Ability to stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly
