About the Role

This is a key position within LNRS Data Services Ltd Company, responsible for driving the organization's data governance strategy and ensuring the quality and integrity of our data assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Lead data governance committees to ensure data decision-making aligns with business needs and evolves to meet changing requirements.
  • Collaborate with technology and architecture teams to manage changes to the data catalogue and DQ hub estate.
  • Establish metrics to measure data governance and quality, providing actionable insights to drive proactive improvement.
  • Train and educate data stewards and owners on data governance and quality management practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings across business areas to onboard, improve, and raise the data governance profile.
  • Analyze and profile current data, identify and track data quality issues, and propose areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven delivery experience of large projects, managing timelines, risks, and resources.
  • Experience in data governance management from a business and technical perspective.
  • Motivate and hold teams accountable to rules, frameworks, and delivery.
  • Experience partnering with and influencing diverse teams in multiple locations.
  • SQL, dashboarding, and/or technical background a plus.
