As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people, providing guided self-help therapy and parenting interventions. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver guided self-help therapy and parenting interventions to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
  • Work under close supervision to gain experience across healthcare and community settings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and interventions.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in Psychology or a related subject, or relevant professional experience in CYP Mental Health/Education/Mentorship.
  • Previous experience of working with children and young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
