Key Responsibilities- Deliver guided self-help therapy and parenting interventions to children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Work under close supervision to gain experience across healthcare and community settings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, young people, and their families.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans and interventions.
- Undergraduate degree in Psychology or a related subject, or relevant professional experience in CYP Mental Health/Education/Mentorship.
- Previous experience of working with children and young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
We offer a comprehensive training program, including a one-year postgraduate diploma in Child Wellbeing Practice through University College London. You will also receive intensive supervision and on-the-job training from experienced supervisors. Our team is committed to supporting your professional development and providing a positive and inclusive work environment.
