Furniture Sales and Customer Service Position

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Furniture Sales and Customer Service Representative. As part of this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on company promotions and offers, using this information to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and effectively, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported in their shopping experience

Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £23,000 - £27,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. In addition to your basic salary, you can earn up to £700-£1100 per month in commission, making your total earnings potential £26,000-£34,000 per year.
