We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security team and ensuring the safety and security of our guests, colleagues, and building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the smooth operational running of the security team, overseeing performance of 24/7 security staff and third-party contracted relationships.
  • Ensure the safety and security of colleagues, guests, and the hotel is paramount.
  • Conduct investigations and gather evidence in relation to incidents.
  • Complete incident reports to maintain accurate records.
  • Notify management, law enforcement, and government agencies in the event of an accident, incident, or fire.
  • Adhere to the company Risk Management plan.
  • Assign lockers to colleagues.
  • Be the point of contact for escalated guest complaints or queries.
  • Conduct regular mock fire evacuation and crisis management drills.
  • Assign duties and schedule staff for balancing needs of the hotel and productivity standards.
  • Liaise with department heads to ensure hotel employees adhere to established security procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience in a security role within the luxury hotel market.
  • SIA licensed.
  • Good knowledge of OPERA, Microsoft Office, and Security Operations Procedures.
