Children with Disabilities Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced social worker to join our team as a Children with Disabilities Support Worker. As a member of our team, you will work closely with children with disabilities, using your expertise to create effective support plans.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with children and families in social work, with a focus on disability support. You will be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England.
