Revenue Accountant Assistant Job Description

Pinpoint Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Revenue Accountant Assistant to join their team in Liverpool Street. As a key member of the finance team, you will provide critical support to the Revenue Manager in ensuring the accurate and timely recognition of revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze contract creation and amendment forms to ensure compliance with revenue recognition guidelines.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of revenue-related documentation.
  • Prepare and review financial worksheets for various locations, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Assist with work-in-progress (WIP) aging and clearing, and generate regular reports to support clearing aged balances.
  • Provide training and guidance on revenue and commercial queries, and assist with internal and external audit requirements.
  • Contribute to special projects as needed, and perform other tasks to enhance the work environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a similar position, preferably in a media business or professional services.
  • WIP experience and previous experience using SAP are highly desirable.
Working Arrangements:
  • Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum.
  • Flexible working arrangements: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home.
