About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Manager to lead our continuous improvement initiatives and drive business growth. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our products and services to customers worldwide.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including 12:30 Friday finishes, BUPA private health insurance, dental insurance, group pension, cycle to work, tech and care schemes, give as you earn and option to purchase shares, numerous discounts and 25 days holiday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and improve delivery times.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A degree/HND in Manufacturing and/or Electronics engineering or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, including production routings and BOM Structures.
