About the Role

Achieving for Children is a Community Interest Company that has a public sector ethos, combined with the freedom to innovate enabling us to do things differently. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage own performance, supporting and working with EHCP Coordinators, managing databases, managing a caseload and meeting statutory deadlines.
  • Be the first point of contact for families and professionals, possessing strong admin and technology experience to undertake a range of functions which will in turn improve the delivery of the SEND Service.

About You

The ideal candidate would need to have the following attributes:

  • A passion for Achieving for Children's vision, mission and values to support children and young people to live safe, happy, healthy and successful lives.
  • Strong organisational abilities including time management, creative-thinking, problem-solving and multitasking.
  • Works well under pressure and is flexible with their approach to carrying out tasks.
  • Able to make good use of technology to perform functions and ensure work is timely and accurate.
  • Strong administrative skills, managing competing priorities, being organised and working well in a team.
