About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage own performance, supporting and working with EHCP Coordinators, managing databases, managing a caseload and meeting statutory deadlines.
- Be the first point of contact for families and professionals, possessing strong admin and technology experience to undertake a range of functions which will in turn improve the delivery of the SEND Service.
About You
The ideal candidate would need to have the following attributes:
- A passion for Achieving for Children's vision, mission and values to support children and young people to live safe, happy, healthy and successful lives.
- Strong organisational abilities including time management, creative-thinking, problem-solving and multitasking.
- Works well under pressure and is flexible with their approach to carrying out tasks.
- Able to make good use of technology to perform functions and ensure work is timely and accurate.
- Strong administrative skills, managing competing priorities, being organised and working well in a team.
