We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Fleet and Stock Coordinator at Jago Consultants.
About the Position
The successful candidate will have previous administration experience in a high-pressure environment and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Processing all new fleet bookings and ensuring all systems are up to date
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy in every operation
- Maintaining and updating all spreadsheets as required
- Chasing sales administrators to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Passing job cards to the workshop in date order
- Maintaining accurate filing systems
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional manner at all times
- Assisting the team with administrative tasks, answering phones, and covering the front desk
About Our Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following skills:
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £25,000 with an OTE of £32,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with alternative Saturdays.
