We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Fleet and Stock Coordinator at Jago Consultants.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience in a high-pressure environment and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing all new fleet bookings and ensuring all systems are up to date
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy in every operation
  • Maintaining and updating all spreadsheets as required
  • Chasing sales administrators to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Passing job cards to the workshop in date order
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional manner at all times
  • Assisting the team with administrative tasks, answering phones, and covering the front desk

About Our Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following skills:

  • Ability to work to deadlines and targets
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £25,000 with an OTE of £32,000. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, with alternative Saturdays.
