Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and insurance partners across the Northwest region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the midmarket and corporate space, as well as with SME companies.
- Work closely with our underwriting team to develop and implement effective commercial insurance solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or Account Executive in the commercial insurance sector.
- Strong cross-commercial lines experience and a network of contacts across the Northwest market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
