Job Title: Care and Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Kenwood Nursing Home in Finchley, London.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others and work as part of a friendly and committed team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care, social support, and making impactful memories with our residents
  • Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of electronic care platforms
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent care outcomes
  • Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm about providing care and supporting people
  • Great values and compassion for supporting vulnerable individuals
  • Experience is an advantage, but full support and training will be provided
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion for the work done
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capacity to follow and prioritise tasks and responsibilities
  • Engaging with people we support in their continuing interests and supporting positive experiences

  • Competitive hourly rate: £12.10 - £12.30 per hour (dependent on qualifications)
