**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Wembley. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying levels of ability, promoting their independence and well-being.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide individualised care and support to residents, prioritising their needs and preferences
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
* Encourage residents to engage in activities that promote physical and emotional well-being
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
* Participate in shift handovers and contribute to resident care planning

**Requirements:**

* A genuine passion for delivering person-centred care and support
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
* Willingness to learn and develop skills in areas such as autism, learning disabilities, and mental health
* DBS clearance and reference checks required
