Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Waiter to join our team at The Ned. As a Waiter, you will be the main point of contact for our guests' entire visit, providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest receives the perfect meal. You will be responsible for answering guests' queries, providing recommendations, and maintaining a safe and clean restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional service to guests, tailoring your approach to deliver a unique experience
- Use your knowledge of our menus to answer guests' queries and provide recommendations
- Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, protecting guests and colleagues from harm
- Work collaboratively with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless service
- Adhere to high standards of food and drink quality and presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food and drinks, with the ability to learn and adapt to our menus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
- Competitive hourly rate of 16.25
