Waiter Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Waiter to join our team at The Ned, a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants. As a Waiter, you will be the main point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring that every guest receives the perfect meal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs
  • Use your knowledge of our menus to answer guest queries and provide recommendations
  • Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, protecting our guests and colleagues from harm
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless service
