Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

We're seeking a skilled and charismatic Waiter/Waitress to join our Isla restaurant and terrace team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of spectacular.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely food delivery
  • Manage tables efficiently, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for guests
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and beverage offerings to make informed recommendations to guests
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume, high-energy environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails, with the ability to make informed recommendations to guests
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
