About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 7 Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Critical Care department. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing specialist assessment, treatment, and advice to patients with complex physical, cognitive, and psychological health conditions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist physiotherapy services to patients in the Critical Care department, including respiratory physiotherapy skills.
  • Lead and coordinate the physiotherapy service, working closely with the therapy leads and clinical specialists.
  • Develop and deliver treatment plans, assessing patients with diverse presentations and complex health conditions.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and support to patients.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
