Job Role: Merchandise Planning Assistant

At ASOS, we're looking for a talented Merchandise Planning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Merchandising team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we have the right products, at the right time, in the right place, and in the right quantities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor stock intake to ensure adequate stock cover across categories
  • Manage the Critical Path to guarantee efficient and quick stock processing
  • Identify trends, issues, and sales performance within categories
  • Use in-house systems to create sizing and pricing analysis
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and communicate effectively
  • Collaborate with the Merchandiser and Assistant Merchandiser on daily/weekly reporting, trading updates, and administrative tasks
  • Work closely with the Buying team to drive departmental success

Requirements:

  • Excellent numerical skills and Microsoft Excel competence
  • Ambition to develop a career path within Merchandising
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with resilience
  • Passion for Fashion
  • Previous experience in Merchandising, Planning, or a comparable role (for Senior level MA vacancies)
