As a Senior Process Engineer Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping some of our exciting projects in the Clean Water Process Engineering sector. You will lead a team of talented engineers in delivering high-quality design solutions for critical UK infrastructure projects.

We currently have opportunities in various locations across the UK, including Epsom, Bristol, Birmingham, Derby, Manchester, Leeds, Belfast, and Glasgow.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes.
  • Define briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.
  • Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.
  • Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Set quality assurance standards in design.
  • Grow, develop, and manage process engineering capability within the practice.
What You Can Bring
  • Chartered Process Engineer.
  • Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and design experience of drinking water treatment process and principles - conventional and advance treatment technologies.
  • Willingness to lead, contribute, and develop our technical knowledge networks.

Rewards and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary that is regularly tested against other consultants, with a default 25-days leave each year plus bank holidays and options to buy some or sell of that leave. Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
