As a Legal Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting our partners and associates in the Finance department.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent document production skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. This role offers a unique opportunity for professional growth and development in a collaborative and fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Production: Creation and amendment of documents using Microsoft Office and Adobe applications.
- Quality Control: Proofreading and editing of documents for grammar and accuracy.
- Client Onboarding: Onboarding of new clients and management of diaries across multiple time zones.
- Expense Processing: Processing expenses through Chrome River and generating invoices using 3E.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the legal industry.
- Technical Skills: Excellent technical and document production skills.
- Work Style: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits and Compensation:
The salary for this role is approximately £56,000 per annum, based on experience. Hybrid working arrangements are available, with three days per week spent in the office. Our firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
