Job Overview

Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our Oncology and Haematology Day Treatment Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients receiving systemic anti-cancer therapies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals undergoing chemotherapy or immunotherapy treatments.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of our service.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in administering systemic anti-cancer therapies and venepuncture/cannulation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
