About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced internal communications professional to join our team as a Senior Internal Communications Manager. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective internal communications and engagement activities across the Group.

As a Senior Internal Communications Manager, you will work closely with senior functional leads and other stakeholders to identify awareness gaps within the divisions and resolve them through effectively planned and delivered internal communications activity. You will also use audience insights and an evidence-based approach to ensure all communications activity is always aligned to the strategy, relevant to the target audience, in line with brand tone of voice/employer brand and clear.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal communication skills, be able to handle or escalate challenges appropriately, and influence a variety of stakeholders effectively. You will also have exceptional copywriting skills, coupled with a general understanding of behavioural and organisational psychology, to create strong and professional communications to targeted groups of internal audiences at all levels.
