About the Role

We're seeking a highly experienced internal communications professional to act as deputy to the Group Internal Communications Lead and provide support as needed on change projects and Insider List activity when additional resource is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as deputy to Group Internal Communications Lead and take the lead or support as needed on confidential change projects and Insider List activity.
  • Provide flexible team support to the Group Internal Communications Manager to ensure service continuity during periods of peak demand or absence.
  • Design effective internal communications and engagement activity in support of the Group strategy, organizational design, and business needs.
  • Establish and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including senior functional leads and other relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

  • An ability to operate at an operational management level with flexibility to adapt between strategic and hands-on approaches as needed.
  • Highly effective interpersonal communication skills.
  • Handles or escalates challenges appropriately and influences a variety of stakeholders effectively.
