Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Care Coordinator at Onward Homes Ltd. This position involves providing housing management services at sheltered housing schemes, enabling tenants to live independently in their own homes.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for delivering intensive housing and building management services at Onward sheltered housing schemes. The role requires responding to tenant emergencies in a professional and proactive manner, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing risk to ensure security of the building.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of Onward Homes Ltd. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience of working with older people, and knowledge of health and safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide intensive housing management services at Onward sheltered housing schemes
- Respond to tenant emergencies in a professional and proactive manner
- Ensure regulatory compliance and reduce risk to ensure security of the building
Requirements:
- Experience of working and dealing with older people in a service environment
- Experience of building management and compliance requirements
- Relevant knowledge of Health & Safety policies and risks
- IT Skills Microsoft office up to an intermediate level
- A satisfactory disclosure barring service (DBS) reference
